Status Of Ufly Airways?

I am wondering if anyone has seen the Ufly Airways MD-80 (formerly of Falcon Air Express) and/or have an update on the airline? Do they even have a website? I know they got some favorable press from the Miami Herald and Flight Global, but I've not seen anything since.

Separately, I was in Miami on Monday. Pulling in, there was a SkyKing 737-200 parked by the Avior 737-200. Do they operate Havanna charters for ABC?
