Thai @ DFW

Fri Aug 25, 2000 6:19 am

According to an old post I have read, Thai would have had some operations to DFW untill they started code-sharing on LH's FRA-DFW sector.
Could anyone give me some information regarding the dates (when they started the services on their own, and when they started code-sharing on LH instead), what aircraft they used (assume a 747-400).
What about the route they flew?

Thank you,

Best regards,

I think it was BKK-SEA-DFW and it was flown with a DC-10,than 747-200 than 747-300. than they got the slot to LAX and dropped DFW,I do not know how long they flew the route or how long they have been code-sharing with Lufthansa.Hopefully they will return soon.
Give me a break, I created this username when I was a kid...

Thai used to fly to DFW during the 1980s. It was routed via Tokyo or Taipei and Seattle and was originally flown with a DC10.
