wont wait for no one. I recently connected from PIK
via left 5 hours to connect. My PIK
was canx due to fog which was not evident at PIK
. Was put on next flight that was 4 hours later and told by FR
( by the one rude and arrogant rep). The weather problem at STN
was affecting all flights. Got to STN
4 hours late to find there had been no weather problems at STN
and flight had departed. The next flight I could get was in 3 days and would cost me Â£100 to change. So tried to get back to PIK
on a friday night was told no seats until Monday at 10am . Asked for refund was told no refund on BTS
leg not even taxes. On the PIK
leg they would not refund any of it as it again was not there fault and my booking was for the late flight on the Monday. Decided to get to LCY
next morning with BA
cost Â£80 all in. My experience with FR
cost me Â£450. plus lost business.
