1st Stewardess Orchestra In China - Any Others?

Mon Nov 26, 2007 9:21 am

I know this may not entirely related to aviation, but I am really interested to find out if anyone knows any other airline carrier that has its own orchestra?

Quote:
On November 22, Shenzhen Airlines officially formed China's first-ever stewardess orchestra.

According to Shenzhen Airlines, the orchestra comprises 48 flight attendants at present, but likely to go up to 60 in the near future.

Technically it is an Airline Band. An orchestra would not be outside marching and it consists of stringed instruments at least. These are band instruments.
