I'm guessing the slide rafts are only fitted as an option - I've worked on A32x aircraft for 2 airlines (IT & BA), both early & late series & they have all been fitted with regular slides. I would have thought they are standard on the CJ models.
Worked on - Caravelle Mercure A300 A320 F27 SD3-60 BAe146 747-100/200/400 DC10-30 767 777 737-400 757 A319 A321

This video is almost as exciting as the slide relocation video for the 747/DC-10. There is no way possible to make these interesting.  yawn

This is a video explaining a slide raft move procedure in the event you have to use a slide from an unusable exit to a usable one.
Lower your expectations! You will always be pleasantly surprised!

I highly doubt that if your plane ditches you are gonna have time to do all that work or be in a state of mind to remember all of those intricate steps.

That's right. Add to that that the inside of the plane might be dark (like in that Transat plane that nearly had to ditch in the Atlantic by night), and with 200+ screaming passengers behind, I cannot see how such a detailled procedure can be followed either. My guess is everyone jumps in the water, and forget about the rafts and the survival kits!
