Wed Nov 28, 2007 1:49 pm

BmiBaby has announced more summer 2008 flights from Birmingham.
The budget airline has introduced three brand new routes to Milan (Bergamo), Madrid and Krakow; brought back the popular routes of Bordeaux, Marseille and Barcelona for next summer and ramped up the frequencies on popular Mediterranean routes during the peak months.
The thrice-weekly service to Milan Bergamo, currently unserved from Birmingham, takes off on May 31. The Milan flights will operate three times a week on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The six times a week service to Madrid will operate everyday apart from Tuesday. There are currently no other airlines operating Madrid flights from Birmingham.
Flights to Krakow will increase from the current two flights a week in the winter months, to three times a week for the summer, operating from Birmingham on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Would they do BHX-LIS and EMA-LIS? Is LIS able to sustain service from two Midlands airports?
