Sat Aug 26, 2000 1:33 pm

Supposedly Tower Air was to be sold to soemone, but they haven't said that person's name yet. All I have to say it's that he would be really stupid to do this nonsense... For more information please visit a really nice website: www.idemandloyalty.com
You will be glad you did...

What's left to sell ? The certificate ? With their reputation, the proposed buyer couldn't possibly want to start up again with the Tower name.
My definition of cool ? Not trying so hard to be cool.

18 747s onced owned by TWA, Lufthansa and PAN AM with messed up and dirty interiors that smell like old curry. I feel sorry for our armed forces who have to put up with them for military charters. I wish they could fly a better airline like CO or AA

Interiors can be refurbished.

What little value they may have they have value, and are an asset.

People buy planes like these and fly them only during the Hadj. They make enough money during the Hadj that they can sit for the rest of the year, and the owner will still turn a profit.
