As far an I know they are not pulling out of Pakistan, they fly to Islammabad on the 777. Regarding your other questions on Qatar and Kazakhstan, the best waytto find out is to go to http://www.british-airways.com/flights/timetables/
, and look up flights to those countries, cos I have no clue. As far as I know, BA plans to keep it 50/50 with its paint schemes. All new planes being delivered are painted in the new colours, as well as all old, old colours planes that aren't in the process of being diposed of, and most of the ones in the World Images colours are being kept the same. Franchising is a tricky subject, cos, yes you are flying on the airline, say GB Airways, or BASE Airlines, but the products and services given are of those of British Airways, including the plane colours (but most airlines put a small logo near the tail, or on the nose, just for recognition). Thats sums up all of which I know, although I am by no means an "insider", hopefully someone with a bit more knowledge can come along and help more.
