Jetblue Employees

Sat Sep 02, 2000 4:40 am

First, I just flew Jetblue and will leave a post in the Trip Report Forum. It was a great experience and I applaud Jetblue and their employees.

That leads me to my question. Where did Jetblue's employees come from? Were their flight attendants with other airlines? What about the pilots? Is a new carrier such as Jetblue a "step up?" Like so many low-fare airlines, are their salaries lower than the larger carriers?

I wish them nothing but the best. They are a wonderul airline, and those PTV's are awesome. It makes the flight go by so quickly. Heck, I would even pay a bit more to fly on Jetblue (although that's hard to do - their fares seem to beat everyone else's.)
