All students at the Sabena Flight Academy get an aerobatics training, just to be able to cope with every unusual attitude recovery...
I know of no other school/airline that does this.
btw. SN is one of the safest airlines in the world.
In general, basic training is done by independent flight academies, and almost all (in Europe)) are generally of the same high standard. They train student pilots to pass the JAR/FCL requirements. This includes minimum 180 h of flight training (40h are allowed on simulator).
The academy I go to has 1400 h of theory (mostly, this is about 900) and I have 270h of flight training, but basically, you are trained to the same requirements as the others.
beware of some US schools who have shoddy instructors and teach you the minimum! Flight schools are a very profitable business, so choose wisely and compare in the US!! (in Europe, compare price and offer!!!)
