New 757/767 Cargo Company

I am interested in starting a new cargo company and would like to talk with others that are interested as well. I have alot of infomation gather and would like the edvice anyone my have. What market to go after etc...Thanks

My advice is do not do it.

You need a stack of pre-committed cargo business (from forwarders), and the traffic is always uni-directional. You need a stack of air service agreements to allow the plane to work its way back and forth profitably. The yields are on the steady decline and all of the integrators are moving into general cargo services.
