Whats are the steps to be a commercial pilot ?
how much is the salary of them ?
about how much is the time to be one ?

To be a commercial pilot, you have to first be a private pilot, then get 250 hours, 10 hours of instruction in a complex plane, then pass written, oral and flying tests. Salary varies and I know many commercial pilots who don't get paid to fly.
