Take a look at this great livery. I honestly love it!

Can anyone tell me more about this airline?

I think none can tell you anything simply because this airline phisically doesn't exist. The only official Macedonian airliner 'Macedonian Airlines' which is that of Olympic Airways doesn't own this aircraft.Besides there's anything special Fokker F-100 painted in red.Virgin aircrafts painted in red are much much better.
That's all with no offense.

I think by Macedonian it is meant "Palair The Former Yugoslav Republic Macedonian"

They have three carreirs: MAT Macedonian Airlines
Avioimpex
and Palair

I'm not sure if Palair still exists.

Hi JT,
No this airline is long gone as far as I can tell from my world airline fleet book.

A little about the history of this aircraft. C/N 11290 was built in 1990 but did not find an owner, in the shape of Palair, until 1993

I can't see the reg # of this aircraft, but Palair Fokker-100 reg PH-KXL (could be the only one in fleet?) crashed in 1993, killing 79 out of 92 on board. For a more complete report, see:
http://aviation-safety.net/database/1993/930305-1.htm

Sad story, indeed, it was a very beautiful aircraft.

BTW, airlines from FYRO Macedonia (not to be confused with northern province of Greece, also called Macedonia) have a horrible safety record after the breakup of former Yugoslavia. They had 2 or 3 crashes with fatalities, which is exorbitant for a country with 3 airports and not more then 15 aircraft.

Palair doesn´t exist any more since the mid -90s. Interesting to know they even operated a DC-10 in this indeed stunning livery for some time. Must have been the best-looking DC-10 ever!

My friends dad was the owner of Palair Macidonia, and I guess they went out of buisness in 1993. They did many flights transporting refugees out of Bosnia. Sometimes even being shot at!!!
