Apperantly this CU Il-62 was intentionally rammed at Miami Intl. by a catering truck. Does anyone know when this happened and why?

Hmmmm...Cuban jet (owned by the government) in Miami, which is just brimming with Cuban refugees and exiles who would love nothing more than to do anything they can to embarass Cuba. If the driver was one of them, I have a very good bet as to why.
