How Financially Stable Are Britannia?

Can anybody tell me how stable financially Britannia are? Are they making a profit? If so, how much are they making? Are they likely to be absorbed into Hapag Lloyd now they are with Preussag?

As Britannia is the UK's largest airline next to BA, the worlds largest Charter Airline, and flies 12 million Passengers a year, I pressume they make a reasonably large profit, and they are adding new aircaft,

I dont think they will go into Hapag Lloyd, as there are so many differences between the airlines, and you couldn't have an Airline with a German name operating for a British Tour operator.

I think that Britannia are pretty stable, and as already mentioned they are the largest charter airline. They have faced some new competition, but they are still doing pretty well.
