Where Are The Engines For The B787s?

Thu Sep 01, 2011 6:17 am

I apologise for sounding a little silly, but interested to know.

If there is a backlog of 787 frames all over Washington state, where are all of the engines for these aircraft as many are without engines? Are they held at Boeing? Are they at a holding area for the manufacturers in Washington? Are they made at all?

Cheers
