Anyone care to place bets on how long the service lasts? While I'm happy to see BWI
's international terminal gain some additional (commercial) use, I'm pessimistic that it'll last. The BWI
mouthpieces are touting Baltimore as a tourist destination (unlikely, and I live here, but seriously, for Germans?!) and it's connections to the rest of the country via WN
, Amtrak and MARC service. Am I the only one that sees this as a real stretch? If anything, I'd think BWI
would fare somewhat better with leisure travel to warm destinations, something WN
/FL is already addressing.
