EWR Terminal B Construction

Does anyone know when the remolded terminal B at Newark Liberty will be open? Does anyone have any photos or links to the deign plan?

It's not that big of a change, it looks exactly the same just nicer. New baggage claim, ticket counters and security screening check points. They're also expanding the FIS areas.

Why? They seemed pretty large to me last time I used it (albeit at like 6AM). Do they get crazy around 2PM?

They're rebuilding the meet / greet areas, inter-line transfer areas etc..

Well, yes. In the afternoon quite a few CO international arrivals are processed at B. The hall can fill up pretty good, even the USA line. It seems to me that never more than half of the desk/booths are manned. (But then again I'm usually tired when I'm there so my perception may be off.)

Ahh, this part did seem worn down, so I'm glad they are working on fixing it.
