I'm guessing it's Skopje Alexander the Great Airport (SKP). I mean, it's hard to top someone who died in 323 BC

After that, Mary Airport in Turkmenistan comes in 300 years after SKP!

I think the winner might be Moses Point airport (MOS) in Alaska.
