I'm not a flight attendant, and I joined my airline post-bankruptcy, but I feel like morale at my airline is really great.
Speaking to my coworkers, I know bankruptcy was initially difficult for everyone. The pay cut was indeed not something any of us wanted, but I think most believed it was the right (only) thing to do.
I know that, looking back now, my coworkers and I are really impressed my our management team, the way they handled our merger, and the way we do business.
I, and many of my fellow employees, are really excited about the next few years and firmly believe our airline is truly the best one to work for in the world. I wouldn't work anywhere else.
