BA 744 G-BNLZ
was rolled out after being painted in the revised Union Flag livery with the 'To Fly. To Serve' crest on 31 October.
Before painting this aircraft had worn for the previous four years the standard Union Flag livery but with the special "Change for good, 10 Years" nose titles. Note in particular the light blue 'unicef' titles:

With the size of the BA
fleet their paint shop at LHR
is kept pretty busy. So I suspect that at least one other aircraft is also already carrying the revised livery. As BA
tend to repaint their existing fleet in small batches of the same type (as this is more efficient with, for example, the same operators' platforms and scaffolding being required for successive paint jobs) the chances are greater that if such an aircraft does exist it will be another 744.
