Extra Fuselages At PAE?

Alrighty, I was hoping someone here may know the answer to this one. In this photo...

...we see what appears to be an extra forward fuselage section sitting atop a small building between the paint hangars (lower left section of the picture). My guess is that it's a left-over fatigue test fuselage section, but I can't resolve it quite clearly enough to tell. Perhaps someone who works there or is there often enough can enlighten me on this one? I've been on the factory tour a few times, but never noticed it, so any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

it's actually the fuselage they use to test new designs and train new paint crews on
Actually, on the tour some guides mention it.

The building is actually in front of it. The fuselage section is sitting on its own support. It changes "liveries" every so often, as GEG2RAP noted.
