Does anyone know the status of this anonymous Boeing 707?

I am interested because she is one of the few -320B models around and because she was the former the former LAN Chile CC-CEK "Around the World" plane that started life as Pan American's Jet Clipper Universe, N453PA. Needless to say, this aircraft has had a glorious past.

If this aircraft has been converted to military use, please forgive me for posting in "Civil Aviation"; I post here because the latest picture in the DB is with an Angolan civil registration and I would like to know about the airplane's existence as a current or former commercial airliner.

Thanks!
The aeroplane has unveiled for us the true face of the earth. -Antoine de Saint-Exupery
