I was in SAN
for two weeks over the holidays and used all three terminals. The agents in CT
can tell you anything you want to know about AE
-Connection flights but nothing about CO
mainline -- it's like they don't exist. In T-1, the UA
people can tell you anything you want to know about AS
, but nothing about CO
. Over in T-2 US and CO
people seem to be able to answer questions about each other's airlines. One of the CO
counter agents chased down a question I asked (I was on an 016 ticket) and when UA
reservations actually hung up on him, he caught up with me inside the TSA
area and answered my question for me.
In my opinion, the CO
agents in T-2 at SAN
rock. The US agents aren't far behind.
However the UA
people in T-1 -- rather than being helpful -- frequently act as if they had sticks stuck up their b**ts.
Just my 2 cents
