IAG Interested In Acquiring 'Stake' In AMR?

Wed Jan 25, 2012 4:33 pm

Given BA's understandably strong desire to keep AA in oneworld, AA's desire to 'thrive as a stand alone carrier' and the assumed approval of AA management by those in the know it does seem to make sense...

"I think it would be an extension of their joint business arrangement," "I think it makes perfect sense."....said one airline consultant.
