Article On Baggage Handlers

Mon Oct 09, 2000 12:56 pm

For all you ramp rats, there's an intertesting article on baggage & the people who handle them. it appeared in my sunday paper (The Huntsville Times) but since it had a dateline from Cleveland it probably appeared in other cities as well. I wish it was online so I could give you the link but I can't find it.

It was interesting anyway. It's about a guy named Junior Melendez, a customer service agent for CO.
