What countries does the US have full Open Skies with?
The Netherlands,
France in 2003....

I believe the US has Open Skies Initiatives with Brunei, Argentina (soon) as well.

It is a pity the UK hasn't got a Open Skies agreement. If they had, that might have helped to bring BA and KLM together.

I think countries that have no open skies agreement are protecting there own national carriers. A bloody shame in a global economy.
