QR Or EK At ORD, Who Will Be First?

Wed Apr 18, 2012 12:59 am

Doomsberg, I mean Bloomberg, reported that QR was looking at adding ATL, BOS, DTW, and ORD with 787s. No mention of a start date or if this was going to happen (if it was ORD, as mentioned in another post, this would be with a 77W, not a 787).

Who will be first at ORD, EK or QR? It's only a matter of time, but one of these two will be at ORD in the next 5 years, who will be first?

Also, LH has said that ORD and LAX will be the next de3stinations (after IAD) to receive the 748i. Will, when EK launches ORD, start with a 77W or 380? EK could make an impressive debut with a 380, or will LH / KE out do them with a nice new plane?
