Turkish AL Crash At AMS 2009

A pity that the pilots who had experienced this problem earlier did not report it.

IMO, charging Boeing or Turkish Airlines would not have helped.

I would have thought that the compensation would have been paid by Turkish Airlines, rather than Boeing.

yes, the pilots should have reported the earlier problems and the flight had to go around instead of landing, but Boeing, who did know that the device did not work properly, should have to try to fix the problem instead of forcing the pilots to solve the problem.

None of the two companies are 100% responsible for the accident, all parties have a share in this crash
