AA is all narrowbody. US's current schedule is all narrowbody.
The only other widebodies in the current schedule to the US are Amerijet, UPS and FedEx. You also have the few transatlantic flights as well.

Why are widebodies manadated to ship high-valuable perishables? Oddles of high-value perishables are shipped via narrowbody aircraft everyday.
