I could be totally wrong, but I could swear that I saw a B-29 flying over Marietta, Georgia this weekend. It was not up close and personal, but that aircraft has a very distinctive tail, and I saw a B-29 tail! I know there is a dead one sitting on the grass on HWY 41, at Dobbins, but this machine, 4 propellers, very strange aircraft noise like I've never hear, and that distinctive tail was in the air. Like I said, I know that I saw that very broad, very round tail, and I did not recognize the engine buzz (and I've never seen a B-29 flying before.) Comments? Do I need to see my ophthalmologist?

Are you sure you didn't see a P-3? 4 engines and a very similiar tail to the B-29
