There was quite a robust Eagle prop operation at JFK that AA subsiquently disbanded starting around 2001.

AA flew SF3s and ATRs from JFK to:

ALB, BWI, BTV, MHT, Harrisburg, Newburgh, Norfolk, Richmond, IAD, PVD, ROC, BUF, SYR, PIT, PHL, CMH etc..

I thought JFK only had the SF3s? I know ORD had the ATRs for a while until a big icing crash occurred and they moved them south.

RDU and BNA had the Gulfstreams, IIRC. That was a small plane.

Nope, they had the ATRs also.

Here's some schedules from Departed flights to JFK showing ATRs:

RDU had Jetstreams, but I think BNA was all (or mostly) SF3.

I don't want go to out of topic too much, but according to this page http://www.departedflights.com/DCA95p4.html USAir operated Dash 7 into DCA in Summer 1995. What year did they retired them? I haven't seen and DHC-7s at DCA in 1996.

I believe the Piedmont DHC-7's stopped flying sometime after the summer of '95, however, USAir Express still operated them out of MIA when they acquired Paradise Island Airlines in 1996. That was rather short-lived though, because PD was flying under its own banner a year later before being absorbed into 3M.

I used to see ATR-72s in Cleveland, I thought they were from JFK? Possibly ORD.

Eagle eventually shifted the whole ATR fleet south (DFW/MIA/SJU) after the Roselawn crash to minimize the icing issues, even after the fleet was upgraded with ATR's deicing enhancements.
