Why Did OpenSkies Move To EWR?

I see that OpenSkies, at JFK, where BA has a more sizable presence and better connecting oppurtunities with AA and AE there? Can sombody explain to me what their logic was behind this move?

Why Did OpenSkies Move To EWR?

Business contracts in New Jersey, especially the pharmaceutical industry, Openskies took some lucrative business away from Air France who had been flying to EWR for 20+ years. Openskies moved to EWR when they acquired L'Avion.
