Corsair Questions

Sun Oct 15, 2000 7:43 am

Can someone tell me something about Corsair? I'm interested in knowing everything about them (i.e. fleet, route network, etc.) As far as I remember, they were strictly a charter operator and had some 747s with something like 500 seats (YIKES!) in them flying to places in the carribbean and even flying to Noumea in the South Pacific. If anyone knows some more on this airline, please let me know. Thanks!

Are they gone? They used to (and still do?) fly Orly-Oakland-Papeete and back.

Hi,

Corsair use one of the closest configuration in world.
ex: ORY-Ajaccio (Corsica) with 577 passagers.

Space between two seat is very short.
This airline carries more than 1.500.000 passagers a year.

All is traffic is based at ORY (Paris). Sometime you can see Corsair planes at CDG.
