When is KE supposed to start ATL or is that rumored?

SFO has 3 gates capable of handling an A380. 2 in the A-terminal with one of those having 3 jet bridges and 1 in the G-terminal with 3 jet bridges.

What is the situation of ORD nowadays? I remember reading about some kind of improvements there. Most likely there will be quite many A380 flights out of ORD in the future?

Also AF flies their 380 to LAX

In March 2012 they said it will start early next year, which would fit to the planned delivery of KE's next A 380 (KE #6) at the end of this year. Link: http://www.flightglobal.com/airspace....aspx

AF also said that they will start A380 service CDG-ATL, but I'm not sure when that is supposed to start.

Being careful not to stick my foot in my mouth this time.
Until 10/28C is completed 4th quarter 2013, there are no planned A380 operations. However, in the event of a diversion it could technically be gated at M12 as a single bridge operation.
There are upgrades to the ground power and cooling systems at T5 starting which were planned with the 74H, 787 and 380 in mind.
Personally, I could see 1, maybe 2 380's to ORD and that's about it.

Here's a neat site for information about A380 flights:
