Jet overshoots runway at Durham Tees Valley Airport

Three people escaped injury when the plane they were in overshot a runway at Durham Tees Valley Airport due to a bird strike.

Emergency services were alerted when the pilot of the Falcon 20 jet aborted the take-off at the airport near Darlington earlier.

The 20-seater plane, operated by Cobham Aviation Services, suffered minor damage in the incident.

Air accident investigators have begun an inquiry.

A spokesman for Cobham Aviation Services said: "A bird strike was reported, resulting in an aborted take-off and the aircraft overran the end of the runway.

My question is - How do you fit 20 people in a Falcon 20......?

Just replace the corporate interior with 20 regular seats ...
I remember a German operator (Naske Air, HC/HCN) to operate a scheduled service using its Falcon20 (D-CBNA) for some time in such a configuration between Braunschweig/BWE and Uherske Hradiste/Kunovice (UHE) .
The aircraft was later reconfigured for Cargo - and crashed 2001 on approach to Narsarsuaq/Greenland unfortunately ...
I miss the sound of rolls royce darts and speys
