JetBlue Emergency Landing DIA Unruly Pax

Wed Aug 22, 2012 7:59 pm

Just saw this while looking at the links for the new Colorado One Southwest jet...

"Passenger yanked off plane in Denver"

http://www.850koa.com/cc-common/news....html?feed=124975&article=10341798

"A JetBlue Airways flight from New York to Los Angeles made an emergency landing at Denver International Airport because of an unruly passenger.
A spokeswoman at Denver International Airport says flight 677 landed safely on Sunday and was met by authorities, who took the passenger off the plane.
Spokeswoman Laura Coale says the flight to Los Angeles resumed about 1 a.m. Monday.
The name of the passenger, possible charges and other details were not available."

Why people insist on bringing such attention to themselves is still a mistery to me!

A Pretty Eerie Prespective Of A Flight Diversion: (by PHX787 Aug 21 2012 in Civil Aviation)

You were a little late, though the thread insn't obviously about the diversion based on the title.

Ahh... I did all the searches using the "finder" and searching for Denver etc, that's why I couldn't find it.

Thanks.

Oh yeah with titles like that it's hard to find it with the search function.

Cool, one thing about these threads that I do like is that some people do a LOT to contribute with associated links etc.
