The Glut Of Stored CRJ900's

A large number of Bombardier CRJ900's are currently stored, or about to be stored. As far as I can tell, the following CR9's will/have been placed in storage.

2 ex - Atlasjet

2 ex - Heavylift (owned by GECAS)

13 ex - PLUNA (NextGen)

10 ex - Alitalia

The 10 Alitalia (ex-Air One Express) are currently in the process of being withdrawn from service. With the reasonable success of re-configuring CRJ200's to private aircraft, could we see some of the stored CR9's being converted into corporate aircraft?

I realize that at least some of the ex-PLUNA CRJ900 NextGen's might be re-activated in Uruguay, but does anyone know if any of the stored planes have been placed with new operators?

Not sure about corporate planes.

But with the recent deal between DL and SkyWest Holdings that trades many of their 50-seaters for 76-seaters, and with SkyWest's love of the CR9, I could see at least some of these planes repainted with widgets and placed in the hands of OO and EV. The 13 ex-PLUNA birds might be the best fit as they are NextGen birds, but I could also see OO/EV taking some of the AZ birds.

Ironically I have never flown a Delta MD-90 :)

I don't know how the scope clause at DL and how many 90 or 76 seaters Skywest can take on but with the new agreement with AA Skywest may be able to take the CRJ 900s and beef up operations at LAX for AA
