I also only have anectodal evidence to report: I flew BCN
in August 2011 and BCN
in December/January 2012. All flights nearly full. No more than a handfull transit passengers at BCN
,which could easily be identified as they had to deboard and reboard and had priority boarding.
They - the transit pax - looked to me like Brazilians going to Asia or Singapore airlines staff. However, there were many Chinese on board on the BCN
flight that seem to have stopped over in BCN
It has to be noted that Singapore then required a yellow fever vaccination (may be still does) for those flying BCN
if they had been in Brazil some previous 72h. So it could be that some pax travelling from GRU
MUST to stop in BCN
for a day or two to not fall under that requirement.
Nevertheless, BCN-GRU-BCN appears to me nearly unrelated to SIN from a load perspective[Edited 2012-10-01 07:41:15][Edited 2012-10-01 07:42:11]. .[Edited 2012-10-01 07:44:11]
