Air China A300?

Wed Oct 18, 2000 2:31 pm

Hi Folks,

Two days ago i was in Berlin (Tegel Airport) and while boarding my return flight to FRA i noticed a Air China A300 in the far distant on the opposite side of the pax terminal. I can't even tell if it was a B4 or a -600. My understanding was that Air China doesn't operate A300's ? was this a freighter service?
can anyone help.

thanks and best regards
Amir

Its should be China Airlines A300. They have both 600R and B4. However, they are going to retire them at this time!!!!

China Airlines do not operate the B4 and they are refurbished A300-600R's and so dont expect them to retier their A300's. Iv travelled on the A300-600R with China Airlines and boy is the service excelent on it.

China Airlines did operate the B4. I understand one is in Taipei (stored) and the others went to the states for storage.
