MAS Fokker F27 Colour Scheme

Thu Nov 22, 2012 12:25 am

Another specialist question for those frequenting Malaysia in the early '80s.

Around this time the MAS colour scheme was modified to a deeper shade of red, the cheatlines tapering to a point at the tailcone, and "malaysian airline system" becoming "malaysian".

I have photos of all types (at the time), including the Twin Otters, wearing this scheme EXCEPT the F27s.

Can anyone confirm that the little Fokkers did?

Thanks - musang
