If UA is really mad at the whole WN/UA/IAH/HOU fiasco, they would get Copa to start service to PTY to take one of those gates and slots away, or if they really want to get back at WN, they would play dirty and have their own service from HOU to Latin America destinations.

If CM was to fly to HOU and WN was to also start PTY, WN may find itself in the wrong end of the stick, as CM PTY hub connecting traffic might be able to fill a HOU bound flight but what WN is to offer @ HOU may not be able to draw that much traffic from Panama City alone.
