Just read this article, and it's title was just as confusing at first as I'm sure the title of this post.
I think it is going a little far to share employees' contact info, considering there will always be unhappy customers at any company.
This site has existed for 15 years? What could United possibly have done to this guy to make him this upset, to run a site like this for more than a decade?! Especially since United has gone through several transformations since then, it is hardly the same company.
