Just curious on what kind of measures have airlines taken in regards to crew and flights to Damascus.

Is Syrian Arab Airlines even still flying?
|Quoting Thomas_Jaeger (Reply 8):|
All of their five A320-200s have been flying today on flights from Damascus to Cairo, Khartoum, Kuwait and Yerevan and from Aleppo to Cairo. The sixth A320-200 obviously is damaged and on the ground in Damascus following the helicopter collission. Earlier this month Syrianair has also been flying to Abu Dhabi, Algiers, Doha, Dubai, Jeddah, Moscow Vnukovo, Riyadh etc. Their A320 fleet is equipped with ACARS so can easily be tracked. I would assume their loads are really bad but most probably they will keep flying for as long as they can.
