In your opinion, what is the best aircraft?
For me, you guessed it, the 757-200.

The best aircraft in my opinion for the job they are designed to do are the 747 and the 757. I feel that both of these aircraft are the best in their particular field.

Give me a beat-up, old L-1011 any day. So elegant, so reliable, so innovative, yet so flawless in every way. Ahead of its time by 20 years. But a candle that burns twice as bright, burns half as long. The world was not made for one as beautiful as you.

Oh there are so many to choose from.

The Lockheed L-188 ELECTRA!!! Especially when properly operated in a mixed Combi/Pax configuration. AKA N1944C.

The 727,Super Cub ,Goose, and the Beaver have their points too.

A Islander Iain???? Those things are slow. That is why Penninsula Airways got rid of theirs. Their is no point in making a 45 mile trip take 3 hours because of fighting the headwind. Islander????

The Tri- Islander is a poor mans DC10. If their were a question of what was the ugliest plane I would have to vote for that. The gear doesn't even retract. No more questions for Iain.

I am still in high school. I know so many people as I am nice and can carry a great conversation I guess. You need to network to get into the airlines and I have that down, and I just get talking to people and then our friendship is made and grows.

The L-188 Electra II...........provided 30 years of shuttle service in Brazil with no major accident. Pilots cryed, some retired after it went out of service with Varig, because they didn't want to fly any other aircraft other then the Electra.

The 777, 767, 747 and the Embraer 145 are pretty good too
