Travel Weekly reported this morning that for January '13. FR's LF was a mere 71% and down on Jan '12 as against EZY's 84.4% and up on the same month last year.
So has the flying public had enough of FR's constant rip-off tactics and voted with their feet ? Those figures would suggest so. Also I'd like to think that FR's anti-agent stance has cost them dearly as opposed EZY general helpfulness and approachability to the travel industry. Even a dog doesn't bite the hands that feeds it.
It was also reported that FR have parked up to 80 planes this winter, I don't think EZY have parked one.
Feel free to discuss.
