Only the gullible take a Mail story at face value, especially when it involves BA.
But they do quote the Sun...
and indeed that venerable rag does cover the alleged incident -
Mind you, it's not the first time that allegations of rowdy behaviour have been made. In 2009 the Telegraph reported that a memo had been sent out warning that the airline might have to cut flights if staff behaviour was not improved. In that instance the complaints related to the behaviour reported to have occurred in the hotels used by crew - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukne...in-crew-after-raucous-parties.html
It may be a truism in the news media that you never let the facts get in the way of a story but is there any substance to any of the bad reports that emerge from time to time? Maybe, as cabin crew are humans just like everyone else. Is there exaggeration? Maybe, because dramatic "news" sells papers.
