Man DOA In SLC On A UA Flight

Tue Feb 12, 2013 4:18 am

Apparently a man in his thirties passed on a UA flight from DEN to SLC. The article mentions that he was motionless aftwer landing and several passengers performed CPR on the guy but he was pronounced dead.

Oh my goodness. May he RIP. What a strange death. As a combat medic you would think he would be in good physical health. Though I suppose a number of things falling into place at the right moment causes tragic results.

Wooow. Just goes to show that you have to live every moment like it's your last.

No, the combat medic didn't die, read the below section from the article.

Jared Noall, a passenger on the flight and a combat medic with the Army Reserve, assisted with performing CPR on the man until paramedics arrived

I wonder if he had a case of apnea, the sleeping disorder. It's usually with older or obese people. I feel bad for the fellow but also with that poor women next to him.
