Seriously, the sooner Mihin Lanka is merged into Srilankan and operate as one unit, the better. If Mihin was to become the true LCC arm of Srilankan, then that would work too. But it seems they compete on some routes which makes no sense.

As much as travel into/from Sri Lanka is growing at promising levels, and Sri Lanka has been able to score some high profile airlines to its shores lately (Korean, BA
, Turkish) , I highly doubt having two government controlled carriers make any sense to anyone. Let;s hope SriLankans entries into oneoworld reaps them some significant benefits.
