How has TAM done so far in replacing its old F with the new (beautiful IMHO) First Class, throught it's widebody long haul aircraft and the "rumored" or even promised new flat bed Business Class?
Having sat in Business on TAM in PT
-MUB for 4 hours between SP
and Santiago a couple of weeks ago, I can confirm that:
a) still old F, still old J
b) dear God, that Business Class seat just needs to go. It was uncomfortable enough for 4 daylight hours to Santiago, I can't imagine trying to do GRU
overnight in it. I can understand why my colleagues moaned bitterly about it.
